CONNIE RIDING FINE
Served on the Connie from Nov,1963 to June,1967. She will be missed. Would like to get one final look before she gets dismantled.
Dave Amberik
When she rounds the cape, what will the sea state be. Bet it will be a ruff ride.
Weather was rough with winds southwesterly 40 to 50 knots and gusts to 60 knots, and seas west southwesterly 20′-25′ at one point. They had a tug on each side, a tail tug, and the Corbin & Capt. Latham in front.
