Young Brothers is Hawaii’s leading freight handling and transportation company transporting general freight, mixed pallets, roll-on, roll-off equipment and containerized cargo.

AMNAV is a tug and marine transportation company offering ship assist and offshore towing on the U.S. West coast and operating a joint-venture barge bunkering company in the ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach.

TOTE Inc. is a Saltchuk holding and support company whose operating companies provide liner service between the U.S. mainland and Alaska and Puerto Rico, and third-party logistics, including vessel crewing and technical management; and intermodal cargo logistics, including rail, trucking and warehousing.

Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) is a liner, common carrier, shipping company that operates between Tacoma, WA and Anchorage, AK.

Sea Star Line is a common carrier shipping company operating between the U.S. East Coast and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Interocean American Shipping is a technical ship management and ship crewing company.

Alta Logistics is a third-party logistics company focused on Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. The company offers a variety of logistics services, including trucking, project and materials management, freight consolidation and multi-modal transportation.

Spectrum Logistics is a third-party logistics company based in the southeastern United States. The company provides a variety of logistics services, including nationwide trucking, warehouse and cross dock operations, consolidation and deconsolidation services, and heavy lift and project cargo handling.

Air Cargo

Saltchuk’s air cargo group offers regularly scheduled intrastate flights, maintenance and ground support in both Alaska and Hawaii, as well as on demand spot and long-term air cargo chartering in Central and North America and the Pacific Rim.

Northern Air Cargo (NAC) and its subsidiary companies together can ship nearly any cargo by air in Alaska and throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and other places around the globe.

Aloha Air Cargo operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft and carries diverse products throughout Hawaii.

Aloha Tech Ops, a division of Aloha Air Cargo, is the leading provider of aircraft maintenance and repair for commercial aircraft throughout Hawaii.

Trucking

Saltchuk’s trucking group is a leader in the transportation industry, with operating facilities located in major markets throughout the United States, Western Canada, and along the Mexican border.

Interstate Distributor Co. provides local, regional and transcontinental coverage, specialized and refrigerated equipment, dedicated fleets, and intermodal and logistics management services.

Petroleum Distribution & Marketing

Saltchuk’s petroleum group distributes and markets petroleum products in Alaska and Hawaii.

Delta Western is the leading distributor of petroleum products and lubricants in Alaska. They also operate retail gas stations; deliver home heating fuel; and provide direct deliveries to remote Alaskan bush and coastal communities.

Inlet Petroleum markets and distributes petroleum lubricant products throughout Alaska and gasoline and diesel throughout the Alaskan Railbelt. Inlet supports customers involved in oil exploration, trucking, food service, retail service stations and marine transportation industries.

E Mau markets and distributes petroleum products and operates convenience stores through three subsidiaries in Hawaii.

Salvage

Foss’ subsidiary company, Ocean Salvors, maintains salvage resources necessary for point-to-point towing, rescue towage, marine salvage, heavy lift, and engineering.
